We at CeX WeBuy Entertainment Private Limited are looking for a Senior Legal Associate

Job Title: Senior Legal Associate
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: 2 - 3 years
Salary: 4 - 6 lac pa

Job Responsibilities:
Ability to interact with different cultures across different time zones and willingness to work hand-in-hand with the business partners to close critical transactions
Hands on experience in reviewing and negotiating master services agreements and related commercial contracting documentation

Required Skills:
LL.B/LL.M from leading University
Knowledge of general corporate and commercial law including intellectual property rights laws, information technology laws, data privacy requirements etc.
Should be aware of complex commercial issues in domestic and global commercial contracts
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills needed
Strong communications skills and demonstrated ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
