Job Description:

Required Academic Coordinator for classes 1 to 5

Support School in curriculum creation, implementation & supervision

Support teachers on content/ curriculum/ modules, their usage, applicability etc.

Ensure Quality lessons are being delivered to the students

Suggest strategies for improving efficiency & effectiveness

Minimize or eliminate issues faced during implementing academic excellence

Monitor application of the developed content/ method/ technique in classrooms by regular checking of students\' and teachers\' notebooks/ diaries/ logbooks etc.

Track remedial and support programs for students.

Provide timely feedback to teachers in terms of scope of improvement

Conduct curriculum workshops and deliver constructive feedback to teachers

Organize/ conduct periodic faculty orientation and training programs/ workshops

Regular reporting meetings with Superiors/ Principal/ Senior Management Team

Supervise general discipline of the school

Monitor Sports and Performing activities on a regular basis, plan and execute actions for improvement

Organize events, functions, Internal/ external competitions and internal/ external examinations for Primary classes

Interact with parents/ guardians, as and when required
