Job Description:

Finance Associate Accounts Payable is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services. The primary focus will be on completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices

Key Responsibilities:

Assumes responsibility for receiving and verifying invoices (purchase order based or non-purchase order based) as per the goods and services received.
Resolving discrepancy related with purchase order (matching invoices with PO), agreed payment terms, invoice discrepancies or any other documentation.
invoices for data entry and processing invoices for payment.
Responsible for maintaining process backup reports after data entry and manage the weekly or daily payment run.
Responsible for charging expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice / expense reports and recording entries.
Receiving refund requests from the operation team and via check request form and verifying the approval metrics prior processing the refunds.
Ensuring credit is received for outstanding memos and issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
Responsible for reconciling the processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
Responsible for verifying the transactions, comply with financial policies and procedures.
Good knowledge on vendor data maintenance.
Protects organization\'s value by keeping information confidential.
