Job Specifics:

Customer Relationship Management and Parent counselling.
Promptly address, handle/re-direct queries with regards to child admission.
Accentuate to the customers/parents the USPs of the organisation primarily; the curriculum and how it leads to holistic development of a child.
Counselling the potential customers/parents on the child psychology and how our VARK methodology of learning assists in child\'s development.
Maintenance of the discovery room and ensure all customers/parents are given a tour of the discovery room at the time of admission enquiry.
Adroitly enable the RE Cell team to enhance conversions from enquiries by enabling customers/parents relate to the value preposition that VIBGYOR brings for the holistic development.
CRM Responsibilities:
Effectively handing existing parents queries basis the internal agreed turn-around time.
Scrutinise and maintain records for admission forms and documents.
Effectively guide existing parents on all transactions pertaining a child\'s life cycle in the schools.
Additionally, be a point of contact for Leave Certification Request i.e. Verification of LC request forms, Request Generation, Intra department liasioning etc
Ensure admission kits are prepared as per the guidelines laid.
Ensure that all the relevant brochure /information are kept accessible for prompt distribution.

Qualification:
Graduate as well as B.Ed.) /Post graduate in any discipline.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a Teaching role. Candidate with prior experience in a front desk management role / Customer relations / marketing shall be preferred.
