Job Description:

Finalisation of accounts monthly / qtrly/ annual
Preparation of Monthly MIS / ABP
Budgeting and monitoring of costs / overheads
Interaction with Projects accounts team for AS 7 valuations
Dealing with statutory and internal auditors,
Reconciliation of account ledgers
Maintaining fixed asset registers
Handling compliance in settlement of statutory dues / taxes service tax / VAT
Supporting CFO is finance / borrowing arrangements
Annual& Quarterly closing & finalization of accounts .
Handling EPC contracts commercials
Coordination with corporate Accounts Departments for consolidation ,
Responsible for Statutory Audit, Tax Audit , Internal Audit & limited review .
involved in Financial Planning , preparation for Financial Model , Bidding activities .
periodic review of Projects , Variation reports to the management .
Service Tax , TDS , AIR, And WCT returns filling ,
bank guarantees ,
letter of credit
handling review of credit rating ETC .
