Job Description:

People Engagement/Organizing and arranging events for employees ,
Exit Process Co-ordination (Activity Handover, Exit Interview, Clearance formalities).
ER Process Manual adherence (IJP, Transfers, Performance Appraisal, Grievances Handling, Exits).
ER Metrics (IJP, Employee Engagement, Performance Appraisal, PIP, Exit Analysis)
Grievances Handling through Skip Level Meetings/Floor Walks/one-on-ones.
HR Touch point (Attendance, Letters, Salary issues, Grievances, Performance Appraisals, IJP, Transfers)
Salary: 1,50,000 - 3,00,000 P.A. PF, Gratuity, ESIC / Mediclaim, Bonus
