Job Description:

1. Coordinating and handling various cases in the areas of Arbitration Law, Negotiable Instruments Matters, Company Petitions, Civil Matters, Insurance Matters, Recovery Claims, Labour Court Matters, Writ Petitions etc.

2. Drafting and� Vetting of Agreements, Sub Contracts, Memorandum of Understandings, Joint Venture Agreements, Lease Deeds, Letter of Intent/Award and other deeds/agreements.

3. Briefing Advocates, Conducting cases, making appearances before courts, tribunals, quasi judicial authorities etc.

4. Drafting Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and other Legal Notices and strategic replies to the same.

5. Filing of� Matters and Money Recovery Suits against sub contractors and� Vendors engaged by the Company.

6. Pursuing Company Winding up� Petitions filed by Company and against Company

7. Filing of� Petitions under Section 8, 9 and 34 of� Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 against Private/Public Employers and� Clients at different courts in� India.

8. Pursuing cases filed against the� Company before Consumer Forum, Dispute Redressal Forum, State Commission and� Commissions.

9. Coordinating with site personnel at construction project sites of the� Company and providing legal opinions/advise in timely manner.

10. Providing Legal opinion on arbitration and construction and infrastructure laws.

11. Participating in� Arbitration proceedings at different places in India.
Salary:INR 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 P.A
