The library collection holds approximately 100,000+ items. It is a special bibliographic collection comprising books (including rare antiquarian books), periodicals and newspaper clippings on Indian Fine Arts, Cinema, Architecture and Culture in general.

Job Description:

Complete set-up of a special reference library, with a focus on creating a comprehensive online catalog of the bibliographic collection.
The purpose is to enable academic and curatorial research in the subject areas covered by the collection.
Microsoft Excel proficiency
Familiarity with functioning and use of the internet
English language proficiency
An understanding of data structuring, organizing and management
An organized and planned approach to work
An ability to adapt library practices to a special library
Dedication to the project
Dynamism and thoroughness in a working environment
