Job Description:

Academic Compliance, liasoning with regulating authorities i.e AICTE, UGC, NBA, GGSIPU, NAAC etc.
Ensuring the academic rigor and smooth functioning of the entire campus.
Coordination between different schools and external stakeholders.
Implementing the management vision next and transforming all the schools.
International tie-ups and accreditations.
Develop highly effective instructional curriculum and efficient schedule, in collaboration with ED.
Recruitment of faculty and staff members.
Observe lectures regularly and deliver targeted feedback to faculty members.
Collaborate with corporate for course review, projects and assessments; regularly share feedback.
Coordinate and manage creative, inspiring professional development sessions in line with school goals and priorities.
Conduct Annual Performance Appraisal of the faculty members of the institute and provide feedback to the faculty.
Providing recommendations to the management on policies and procedures, especially in the academic area.
Preparing and administering the Departments academic program budgets, including determining staffing and operational needs.
Regularly assessing the operational budget against plan and make appropriate recommendations.
Participate in regular leadership team meetings.
Lead staff trainings at start and end of academic session.
Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 9,00,000 P.A.
