Job Description:

Best subject delivery as per the students/clients requirement.
Executes and maintains record of routine maintenance tasks.
Man power management.
Ensures successful execution, reporting issue also providing suggestion to groups.
Conducts Refresher Teacher Trainings to ensure process knowledge is retained.
Conducts Cross Trainings so all shift members are on par and can be utilized in other process during absenteeism and attrition.
Mentors and discuss individual performance of teachers/ students/sales team.
Ensures compliance with the policies and regulations; coordinated for
keeping up-to-date with curriculum changes and assessment methods
Provides training to the students by using interactive discussions and hands-on approaches to help students learn and get a better understanding of the concerned subject
Assists & counsels students to grasp contents and perform well in examination; ensures discipline and observed students\' work, behavior & attendance
Interacts and collaborates with students, parents and the community to build an environment that maximized student learning, academic performance and social growth
Manages enquiries as a counselor/ coordinator with thorough knowledge of the curriculum; maintained all the school and student records through the academic year as the school administrator
Weekly reports and happenings of the sessions conducted in the class which were shared with the parents
Year-end portfolios for the children along with the activities done through the academic year
Maintained & submitted passports (report cards)
