Job Description:

Cordia Group of Institutes at Sanghol require a dynamic well experienced Principal to work in coordination with the Campus Director. He/she would be responsible for developing and implementing policies, programs, curriculum activities, and budgets in a manner that promotes the educational development of each student and the professional development of each staff member. The successful candidate would be responsible to introduce new ideas in view of the needs of today\'s competitive world and would head the Cordia Business School. Need to be qualified from a reputed university in accordance to UGC norms. He/she would be responsible for leading the institute forward. He/she should be able to conceptualize the broad goals of the Business school and plan accordingly to ensure that procedures and schedules are implemented to carry out the total business school program.

General administration
Responsible for image building i.e. promote the brand building activities and create the positive image locally and nationally. Responsible for Marketing and Brand building of the Institution.
Responsible for staff and student discipline inside and outside the institution, initiate punctuality, help teachers and students follow the time table and school calendar.
Maintain proper relation with local government authorities ,Punjabi University and media, responsible for the development and maintenance of good liaison with other Institutions, institutions, regulatory and local administrative authorities.
