Job Description:

A academic leader and mentor, the Principal must inspire, support and encourage the development of a effective and efficient teaching team. The position will provide effective, dynamic and inspirational leadership and promote a culture of encouragement, support and guidance to ensure that every student is able to fulfil their true potential.

The Principal would be responsible for, but not limited to, curriculum development, teachers professional development, the complete academic and administrative affairs of the school including infrastructural developments, marketing and admissions, recruitment, affiliation process and finance.

In addition, the Principal would be responsible to manage, evaluate and supervise effective and clear procedures for the operation and functioning of the school consistent with the philosophy, mission, values and goals of the school including instructional programs, extracurricular activities, discipline systems to ensure a safe and orderly climate, building maintenance, program evaluation, personnel management, office operations, and emergency procedures while ensuring compliance with all laws, board policies and regulations.
