Major Responsibilities:
Ensuring personal and team targets of Fellow Recruitment, as provided by the organisation.
Conceptualising and executive creative and innovative techniques and methods of engaging with the youth and the spaces (like colleges, volunteering agencies and organisation, corporate bodies and events) where prospect fellows can be introduced to the fellowship.
Support in the creation of the zonal strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of the same.
Competitor and market analysis to ensure updated information and best practices of recruitment and selection tools.
Liaison and relationship building with educational institutions through college visits to interact with students, college administration- Dean, HODs, HOLs, Professors, Placement officers.
Maintain a list of top 100 achievers from each college / Institution.
Liaison and relationship building non- academic institutions like volunteering bodies, NGOs and youth forums to connect prospective to the fellowship.
Conduct Orientation workshops for and have engagement plans for Achievers.
Conceptualising and executing events by Friends of Fellowship (College Ambassadors) in colleges.
Conceptualising and executing state/national level conclave of college administrative representatives
Selection and Recruitment of Gandhi Fellows, conducting fellowship recruitment process, GDs, Application form filling drives.
Able to work on the recruitment process, excellent quality reviews of applications and screening, quality telephonic interviews and detailed registration of notes and reviews of all applicants.
Other Responsibilities:
Creating offline and online collaterals, generating ideas to keep web-site youth friendly strategies.
Monitoring and tracking online system for application and progress reporting
Designing Info-Pack for College Administration, Students and Parents
Script, presentations and branding strategy around selecting millionaires
Required Skills:
You need to have experience and understanding one or more of change management, systemic thinking and leadership development.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in Corporate or Development sector. Past experience in Leadership Development, Change Management, Counselling or Coaching is preferred.
Bachelors or equivalent in any discipline, preferably Human Resource or Psychology.
Must be a reflective practitioner and must have ability for systemic thinking.
Ability to self-motivate, work independently, appreciation and work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
Ability to dialogue professionally on complex issues with professionals and staff for building knowledge
Excellent leadership and influencing and interviewing skills.
Very Strong communication skills and are able to present, persuade and provide innovative solutions; must have excellent writing and editing skills too.
Preferred Skills:
Experience of working in development sector
Understanding of Recruitment and Marketing.
Job Duration:
We would love to have people work for years with us but a minimum of 2-3 years has been seen as an ideal benchmark for growth.
Travel: 15-20 days per month travel to locations
Compensation: Between 3, 00,000 INR Per annum to 4, 40,000 INR per annum,
Negotiable - Based on Experience, Exposure & Qualifications.
Probation: As a PL, you will be on 6 month probation with the organization and will be inducted formally after the successful completion of the probation period.
