Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
Motivating children and encouraging progress
Enthusiastically working with wards on mental, emotional and behavioural challenges & disorders
Discussing issues with wards in an intimate, thorough fashion & providing advice on the best strategies and techniques to address their problems
To develop work-plans to facilitate wards who have diagnoses such as anxiety, fear, depression & stress
To develop processes for identifying childrens core problems through standard processes
Subsequently, working for short-term & long-term sessions
Work with students having Special Education Needs
Conduct classroom observations and informal assessments for referred cases.
Maintain student profiles
