Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION OF PR
Developing the PR Plan

Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies with the coordination with Gunjan Mam.

Understand the road map of the brand and future initiatives

Undertake media research to understand the media trends, media stories in focus and media articles

Understand the demographic profile of people of a particular region

Develop the PR / communication plan keeping in view the above points

Collaborate with brand communication & activation teams to give fillip to brand campaigns & promotions

Create positive buzz around the brand regularly and generate media value

Implementing the PR Plan


Lead the PR initiatives with external agencies to make them understand the communication needs of the brand

Build, nurture and maintain working relationships with key personnel in the media fraternity

Share the road map, initiatives and campaigns of the brand with the agency, set goals and drive their performance Identify and give a preference list of media to the agencies to work with

Discussions with design team, ensure that the right product merchandise is short-listed and displayed in the relevant media platforms


PR influencer management programme

Strategize, plan and execute the influencer management programme for the brand

Manage the programme activities such as fashion workshops, fashion events for stylists & bloggers and other new initiatives which may be done from time to time with the coordination with Gunjan Mam


liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople;

liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organisations, often via telephone and email;


Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media;

Collating and analysing media coverage;

Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies, speeches, articles and annual reports
Reporting to Gunjan Mam.


Salary:INR 3,50,000 - 4,00,000 P.A
