Job Description
Answer Telephone, screen and direct calls to specific person.
Provide information to callers.
Answer questions about organization and provides caller with address, direction and other information.
Welcome Visitors, determines nature of business and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system.
Monitor the use of supplies and equipment.
Assist the Director and other staff as required.
Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook.
Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Typing ability at required speed and accuracy.
Considerable knowledge of business English, spelling and punctuation, office practices and procedure.
