Job Description:

Developing Comprehensive Subject based assessment aligned to National curriculum frameworks curriculum for Sat India 2015 and 2016 test items.
Developing blue print in alignment to the testing of cognitive skills, difficulty level and competencies
Constructing of table of specifications (TOS) based on curriculum frame work.
Developing multiple-choice, short-answer, and constructed-response items, rubrics based on TOS for large-scale assessment programs according to
(Assignment includes end to end processes of test development item writing , review / panel review, test form development, field testing, analyzing qualitative(questionnaire) and quantitative ( classical item analysis) data , tool finalization)

Monitoring reports across grades and items to verify that the quality expectations are met and project is completed on time.

Identifying and recruiting the potential scorers from the pool of scoring supervisors.
Guide, train, and develop scorers and supervisors for future content roles.
Have been a part of RIN critical thinking project
Preview and analysis of various curriculums across the world and mapping it with Indian curriculum to develop content for international content designing.
