Job Description:

Develop, & design a careful and creative program suitable for preschool.
Teach alphabet and numeracy along with personal, social and emotional skills.
Organize learning material and resources.
Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children abilities.
Maintain an open line of communication with parents to understand the childrens background, psyche and provide appropriate feedback.
Assess students performance and progress to ensure they are mastering the skills on a regular basis.
Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self esteem.
Monitor childrens interaction and nurture cooperation, sharing and resolve occasional arguments.
Cooperate with administrative staff towards smooth functioning of the class & school.
Maintain a clean and tidy classroom to be consistent and complying with teaching standards and safety regulations.
Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colours, do crafts etc.,
Collaborate with other teachers.
Organise nap & snack hours as required.
Salary:INR 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 P.A
