Job Description:

Modern Montessori International, the fastest growing and leading international brand in preschool industry is looking for Center Heads across locations in Pune.

Job Description:
1.Supervise preschool, daycare and teacher training entities.
2.Manage affairs of all three entities and ensure high standard of safety, security, hygiene and well being of children.
3.Provide training and professional development opportunities to staff
4. Meet parents and staff to discuss students progress
5. Implement and impart education according to world class standards.
6.Ensure facilities are cleaned and maintained throughout
7.Develop educational programs and set educational standards
8.Assume ultimate responsibility for the management and operation of the school in accordance with administrative code, school policies and regulations.
9. Systemize the administrative functioning and set norms according to international standards
10.Develop the plans for the future needs of the school.
11.Maintaining the record of admission and prepare MIS report
