Lead generation.
Giving presentations at colleges
Counseling students and ensuring conversions.
Providing information on ESC\'s list of Universities.
Convince students to enroll for ESC\'s list of Universities.
Mentoring students through resolving queries and other problems.
Advise students on career choices.
Handling the admissions team.
Monitor team performance to ensure that goals are met.
Assisting the team in prospect generation and target achievement.
Hire, train, and evaluate personnel.
Provide team with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties.
Training and development.
Training employees to achieve both organizational goals as well as individual goals.
Developing the job knowledge skills of employees at each level.
