Job Description:

Debt Syndication, Companys Financial Snapshot, appraisal of Projects
Finalization of Clients Business Plan, Project Report, CMA data for Banks/ FI
Preparation Loan proposals and Corporate presentations which includes completing Pre-sanction due diligence and Post-sanction financial closure or Documentation of loan or mortgage creation formalities and organizing the loan disbursements.

Team leader syndication of Term Loan/ Project Finance Loan/ Working Capital Loan / Loan Against Property and home Loans/ ECB funding/ Non Fund base funding

Liaison with various banks and financial institutions and Advisors for Debt funding/ Fund Raising
Restructuring of Bank loans, NPA Resolution/ Stress Assets Solutions
Review of Existing Projects/ Renewal of Loans
Specialization in construction loan funding for Builders or Inventory Funding
Salary:INR 1,75,000 - 4,75,000 P.A
