Job Description

Purpose of Function:
To ensure excellence in the teaching of English & Social Studies at Lotus Petal Foundation.
To understand and implement the unique work model and value system of Lotus Petal.

Key Tasks:

1.Responsible for teaching students in English & Social Studies from Class VI Class X.
2.Responsible for understanding the curriculum, learning outcomes, methodology of Lotus Petal and implementing the same for the classes allocated.
3.Responsible for ensuring that all the learning outcomes for each Grade & subject is delivered as desired.
4.Responsible for ensuring that all documentation related to the teaching process for respective subjects/classes are developed and maintained with the highest standards of quality. This includes lesson plans, parent teacher meetings, student evaluation etc.
5.Responsible for reporting with full transparency the academic progress for the subjects/classes/students.
6.Responsible for ensuring the execution of tasks connected to various events organized in the campus from time to time.

Salary:INR 2,25,000 - 3,00,000 P.A. Not a constraint for deserving candidate
