Job Description:

Only candidates with Graduation (Completed) need to appear for the interviews.
Handling INBOUND enquiry and making outbound calls.
Handling postal / E-mail enquiry
Counseling of Students / parents.
Asking basic information like name, location, class studying in, program interested in, phone number etc.
Closing the call after verifying, that all questions have been answered.
Recording the information physically and electronically.

Ensuring parent / student conceive a Positive Word of Mouth which brings more potential parents & students
