Keystone Group has an IMMEDIATE opening for qualified and experienced PLACEMENT OFFICER to administer and supervises placement program; counsels students, potential students, alumni, staff, and faculty on career issues for its AICTE approved institute offering M.Tech, B.Tech, Diploma and MBA programs.


As placement officer, the candidates main role would be PLACEMENT of Engineering and Management students of the institute. Responsibilities of Placement Officer would include:
Managing database of student\'s profile, academic achievements, and other special attributes which can match with job requirements.
Enabling Institutional Tie-Ups for true internship opportunities for students.
Networking and Leveraging existing relationship with HRs and Business Leaders of potential employers
Ability and Connections to bring in large recruiters and companies to campus.
Maintaining contacts with local employers in Delhi NCR /Rajasthan/Haryana region to obtain information on job opportunities, to develop and enhance working relationships, and to facilitate student placement.
Campus Accreditation for large-scale recruiters
Plan and organize job fairs on their own.
Facilitate interviews, written tests and other job placement work on a daily basis and ensure smooth entry into the new positions.
Follow up with all the placed candidates and facilitate induction and settlement into the new position.
Conduct periodic checks with the placed candidates to sustain placement and post placement follow up work.

FOR PLACEMENT OFFICER POSITION (15-20 YRS ) of RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

The candidate NEEDS TO RELOCATE TO THE CAMPUS or vicinity of the campus at Surajgarh, District Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan. We are open to PART-TIME OPPORTUNITIES also where candidate is committed to staying at the campus part of the week.
