We at AESPL are looking for a dynamic trainer, who carries a unique combination of energy, eagerness & experience.

Job role offers an opportunity to travel across India, visit our centres & train internal employees on functional tools & conduct team building activities.


Scope of training job involves Training Delivery (50%), Content Development (30%), New Projects (10%) & Over All Coordination (10%).


1. Conduct Team Building workshops with staff members.

2. Train Cashiers, Accountant & Counsellors on in house data management system (LMS/FMS/ERP)

3. Train Counsellors & Marketing staff on Career Counselling, Sales Cycle, and Customer Engagement techniques.

4. From time to time conduct Training Need Analysis or as required.

5. Analyze, Design, Develop & Deliver training programs on variety of soft skill courses.

6. Conduct employee induction program as and when required.

Job role would require a candidate to travel 12-15 days in a month.



Salary: 3,00,000 - 7,50,000 P.A

Desired Candidate Profile

Education-
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required
PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations
Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required
Desired Profile:

1. Minimum training delivery experience of 2-3 years.

2. Proficient with ADDIE model.

3. Preferred industry: Education/Insurance/Banking.

4. Open for per month travel of 15-20days during training months.

5. MBA in HR/ Certification in training.

Male candidates would be preferred

Interested candidates are suggested to prepare a 1 day training program on Communication Skills for a batch size of 15-20 people.
