Job Description
Location : Pune Bangalore
Qualification - Any Graduates (Complete) MBA in HR would be preferable.
Roles & responsibilities:
Exposure to Soft Skills training.
Conduct new hire training and soft skills training
Over all training responsibility for allotted Centres by handling Induction & Training
Manpower Training & Planning as per the project requirement
Planning & Delivering Induction batches
Should have Knowledge & implement the Training Cycle.
Organize, Plan and Implement monthly cyclic activities including refresher training, Planning, monthly Inductions at Centres & Reporting
Liaison with the CO Team to improve Quality and Operations; to identify, screen and execute process improvement plans
Plan and improve training workshops and projects to monitor and groom employee performance
Ability to execute training tasks/ assignment on short notice
Flexible to Travel
Interested to deliver and contribute towards process improvement
Trainings in K-12 Industry/ Organization, Systems & processes, Product, Soft & Selling Skills.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Good analytical Skills.
Must have training experience of min 3-5 years
An infectious and authentic obsession with excellent customer experience and for sharing customer issues as a way to improve customer experience.
Stellar delivery skills and high energy facilitation style.
Able to demonstrate candour, poise, self-confidence and warmth. Poise under pressure is especially beneficial as is the ability to create an easy atmosphere for discussion.
Direct experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environments while delivering results, meeting stretch goals and barely breaking a sweat.
Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills; a role model for the use of the concepts and skills exemplified in the Induction & Training programs.
Highly organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Bring experience to bear in developing imaginative and practical program improvements.
Technical aptitude as it relates to instructional design and program management.
Use of SharePoint and MS Office products.
Salary:INR 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A
