Teaching, preparing question papers, corrections, study hours.
The teacher should be able to counsel students who are hyper active and be a facilitator rather than being just a teacher.
21C skills are mandatory.
Creative writing and thinking out of the box is always welcome.
As we believe that it is a home away from home the teacher should act like a mother giving in the over all development of the child including dining etiquette, adjustment, behavioural issues etc. Story telling value education should be added to the cap.
