Job Description:

Strong analytical and critical skills for comprehending complex technical documents.
Excellent command over Drafting with an ability to express issues in simple words.
Independent handling of cases, Consulting advocates, appointing Senior Counsels, attending courts and reporting the leadership.
Drafting of Contracts, Commercial agreements, lease, Agency, Leave & License, Conveyance, Sale deed, Power of attorney, liaison and Negotiations with the Clients.Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preparing the documentation respect to power of attorney, bonds.
Handling all the litigation and non litigation matters of the Company.
Handling Criminal cases and Civil cases pending before different courts. Further attending the Tribunal cases, MVC, WC and other quasi judicial officers and Governmental Offices.

Handling corporate legal affairs of Company by providing legal assistance to the company as and when require in the capacity of in council.
Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
Preparing MIS data periodically.
Ability to interpret the complex legal terms and provide the advice to the management on the course of action.
Expert in Sec 138 Cases, Contract Management, Compliences, Filing of civil &Criminal, Laisning with council, Administration& labor Cases
