The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that the form submission for the CBSE Board Exams 2024 for private candidates in Class 10 and 12 will begin on September 12, 2023. The last date to submit the form is October 11, 2023.
The form can be submitted online at the CBSE website, www.cbse.gov.in. The application fee is Rs. 1,500 for 05 subject for Indian candidates and Rs. 10,000 for 05 subject for foreign candidates.
The following are the categories of private candidates who are eligible to apply for the CBSE Board Exams 2024:
Candidates who have been declared essential repeat in 2023 result.
Candidates who have been placed in a compartment in the board main exam 2023.
Candidates who have been placed in a compartment in 1st chance compartment exam 2023.
Candidates who have failed or essential repeat in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022.
Candidates who have passed the exam but want to improve their scores in one or more subjects.
Passed out candidates who wish to appear in an Additional Subject.
The CBSE Board Exams 2024 for private candidates are likely to be held in February/March/April 2024.
