CBSE Recruitment 2023: Notification Out For Various Post on Deputation Basis

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) invites eligible candidates for the posts of Additional Internal Auditor and Financial Advisor, Senior Accounts Officer, Under Secretary (Official Language), Senior Translation Officer and Section Officer (Legal) on deputation basis. There are a total of 08 vacancies for the given post. As given in the official notification of CBSE recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is 56 years as of the last date of submission of application form and the place of posting will be Delhi.

The online application has already started on 21st August 2023 and the last date for submitting the application form is 20th September 2023.

Qualification for CBSE Recruitment 2023:

For Additional Internal Auditor and Financial Advisor -

1. Officers belonging to Audit/Accounts/Finance Cadre/ Service/ posts in Central/State Govts/Union Territoties/ Public Sector Under takings/ Autonomous Bodies/

Statutory Organisation:-
2. Holding analogous post on regular basis;
OR
With 04 years’ regular service in the Pay Level 11 of 7th CPC or equivalent pay grade
OR
With 08 years’ regular service in the Pay Level-9/Level-10 of 7th CPC or equivalent pay grade
AND
3. Possessing experience of handling Financial Budget/ Accounts matter in a responsible capacity.

For Senior Accounts Officer -

1. Officers belonging to Audit/Accounts/Finance Cadre/ Service/ posts in Central/State Govts/Union Territoties/ Public Sector Under takings/ Autonomous Bodies/

Statutory Organisation:-
2. Holding analogous post on regular basis;
OR
With 03 years’ regular service in the Pay Level -9/Level-10 of 7th CPC or equivalent pay grade
OR
With 07 years’ regular service either in Pay-Level-7/Level-8 of 7th CPC or combined regular service in Level-7 & Level-8 of 7th CPC or equivalent pay grade
AND
3. Possessing experience in the field of Accounts compilation, Budget, Internal Audit, Commercial Accounting etc.

Experience: Preference will be given to candidates having experience in investments/fund management/securities.


For Under Secretary (Official Language) -

1. Master’s Degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree level.
OR
Master’s Degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree level.
OR
Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the

medium or examination at the Degree level.
OR
Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the

medium or examination at the Degree level.
OR
Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at Degree level.

2. Three years’ experience of using/applying terminology (terminological work) in Hindi and translation work from English to Hindi and vice-versa, preferably of

technical or scientific literature under Central/State Govt./Autonomous Body/Statutory Organizations/PSUs/ Universities or recognized research or educational institutions.

Experience:

Officers from Central/State Govt./ UTs:
(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department
OR
05 years’ regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in Level-10 of 7th CPC (Pre revised PB-2, Rs.15600-39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.5400/-)

For Senior Translation Officer -

Master’s Degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree level.
OR
Master’s Degree of a recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of examination at the Degree level.
OR
Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium or examination at the Degree level.
OR
Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium or examination at the Degree level.
OR
Master’s Degree of a recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as a compulsory or elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or elective subject at Degree level.
AND
Recognized Diploma or certificate Course in translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa or three years’s experience in translation work from Hindi to English and vice-versa in a Central or State Govt. office, including Govt. of India Undertaking.

Experience:

Officers from Central/State Govt./ UTs:
(i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre/department
OR
With 05 years’ regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in posts in Level-06 of 7th CPC (Pre revised PB-2, Rs.9300-34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200/-)

For Section Officer (Legal) -

1. Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University/Institutions.
2. Law Degree from a recognized University/Schools/Colleges.
3. Holding analogous posts on regular basis:
OR
With at least 4 years of regular service in Pay Level-6 of 7th CPC (PB-2 Rs.9300-34800+ GPRs.4200/-)
AND
Having at least 03 years’ experience in the field of handling legal cases in a Central Govt./State Govt./Autonomous Organizations/Universities/ Recognised Boards/

Autonomous Educational Organization of Central Govt./State Govt./UTAdministrations.

Salary for CBSE Recruitment 2023:

Additional Internal Auditor and Financial Advisor - The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary in Level-12 of 7th CPC (PB-3 of Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 7600/-).

Senior Accounts Officer and Under Secretary (Official Language) - Level-11 of 7th CPC (PB-3 of Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-).

Under Secretary (Official Language) - Level-11 of 7th CPC (PB-3 of Rs. 15600-39100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/-)

Senior Translation Officer - Level-7 of 7th CPC (PB-2 of Rs.9300-34800+ Grade Pay of Rs.4600/-)

For Section Officer (Legal) - Level-7 of 7th CPC (PB-2 of Rs.9300-34800+ Grade Pay of Rs. 4600/-)

How to Apply:

Candidate must have two (02) copies of his/her recent passport size photographs (not more than 03 months old) before applying for any post. Kindly note that only "ON LINE" applications shall be acceptable and application in any other form shall not be acceptable. While applying, the E-mail ID (Valid for at least 12 months) AND one alternate Email ID are mandatory fields, without which the application will not be registered.
