Example 7. In a and D is a point on side AC, such that BC2 = AC X CD

Prove that :- BD = BC

Solution:-

Given:- in which AB = AC and D is a point on AC

Such that BC2 = AC X CD

To Prove :- BD = BC

Proof:- BC2 = AC X CD

Or, BC X BC = AC X CD
