Water is precious natural resource, we use water for a number of activities .
People living in different parts of our country gets different amount of water. There are some region where people do not get adequate amount of water.
Water is also needed in industries for producing almost all things that we use like paper, fabrics etc.

About two thirds of earth is covered with water, most of this water is in ocean and seas. The water in ocean and seas has many salt dissolved in it.
