The Oberoi Groups selection process is purely based on merit. The Oberoi Group does not charge a fee of any kind for candidates appearing for an interview or for anyone who secures employment with the Group.
Online Registration for Oberoi STEP usually starts in February, & Results will declare in June.
The selection process which usually starts in August for Campus presentation and first round of interviews.
Assesments and Semi-final round of Interviews in October.
Final Interviews and Results in January.
