— Boil 6 cups of water in a large pot.
— Add pasta to the boiling water. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes.
— Drain water from the pasta.
— In a separate frying pan, fry jeera seeds, onion, garlic, garam masala and chilli powder in vegetable
— Add tomatoes and fry for ten minutes.
— Remove from heat. Add cooked pasta, 1 tablespoon salt and butter to the tomato/ onion mixture.
— Stir for 2 minutes and then sprinkle with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
